FAQ
Questions, answered
How are the logs measured?
Bulk packs are measured in loose cubic metres (m³): Starter is 0.5 m³, Homestead is 1 m³ and Woodshed is 2 m³. Trugs hold 42 litres each.
What's the moisture content?
We monitor moisture closely and our logs are between 10% and 18%, so they're ready to burn straight away.
How quickly can you deliver?
Usually within 3–5 working days. We'll call you to confirm a delivery slot once your order is in.
Where do you tip the logs?
Bulk loads are delivered loose and tipped from our trailer. We need clear access for the vehicle and can tip onto a drive, yard or another convenient spot.
Do you deliver outside Banbury?
Yes. Delivery is free within 10 miles of OX15 5BQ, then £1 per mile beyond that. See our delivery area.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken by card or cash on delivery. Nothing is needed upfront.
